My Second Spring in Brooklyn

When I lived in New York City decades ago I read voraciously. The commute to and from work always provided chunks of time to get lost in books.

My life in the two+ decades of car culture in Vermont removed that pocket of uncommitted time which I had found so important, and I never managed to find the space in those days to read very much.
As a result I listed reading books as one of the top activities I wanted to get back to with my return to NYC, along with walking and bike riding (both which also have blossomed.)

41 days shy of being two years back, I just finished my 50th book.
