Thank you, John. I see new dazzling empty spaces every day, in every neighborhood in the city.
The fact that Amazon is going to move some of their enormousness NYC will certainly help this situation, he said, tongue nearly piercing his cheek.
Meanwhile the "holiday" mad/mass consumption is in full swing - and I haven't seen as many homeless and drug addled begging in the streets since New York's Sensational 70s.
