  Never was much for posting restaurant meal photos on social media.
But now my partner Tammy and I,
the Anomalous Chefs, share a glimpse of meals 
recently put together in quarantine.
Dig in.

Eggs, challah bread, homemade corn bread with jam, carrots, coffee.
Baked chicken, corn and mashed potatoes.
Buckwheat pancakes, vanilla yogurt, maple syrup, butter and a clementine.


Cardamom Chai.
Ingredients: tea, milk, sugar, cardamaom - add hot water

Kosher uncured beef hot dogs, saurkraut, brown mustard.

Burrito. Filling: rice, lentils, guacamole, beef, and cheese. Salsa on top.
Seeds & Grains crispbread. cheddar and greuyere cheese — melted.








Steel cut oats and apples dipped in cinnamon.
Macaroni & cheese, tuna, green peas.


Stew beef, rice, lentils, musrooms. Sala
Grilled Cheddar on Multi-grain/seed bread, Potato and Vegetable chips, pickle.

Egg noodles, farmers cheese, slathered with burnt butter. Grandma Zena's recipe.
Dessert. Blue Easter Peeps (crispy stale), and licorice pieces.
